CONTRACTS WITH INDIVIDUALS OR AGENCIES

The Board may enter into contracts with external individuals or agencies in the event specialized goods and/or services are needed or desired.  The contract shall be in writing and shall be filed with the finance office in the Board’s central office.  The contract shall be signed by the contractor and the Superintendent.
