MEMBERSHIPS IN SCHOOL BOARD ASSOCIATIONS

The Board shall maintain membership in the state school board association. The Board recognizes that some of the best sources of continuing insights into good boardmanship are provided through membership in the association, and it encourages individual members to participate to the extent possible in the activities offered. Authorization to include the required dues and expenses to attend meetings of the association shall be included in the annual budget.
