CONSULTANTS

The Board may make use of professional consultants from state departments of education, colleges, universities, and other resources when consultative services may be helpful to the system. All consultants must be approved by the Superintendent prior to the invitation and arrangement for visitation by such person or persons to the system. The services of consultants may be secured without competitive bids.
