BOARD COMMITTEES
The Board shall have no standing committees. Ad hoc committees may be created by the Board for specific assignments. When so created, such committees shall be appointed by the President and shall terminate upon completion of their assignments or may be terminated at any time by a majority vote of the Board.
The Board may create advisory committees on a temporary basis. When so created, such committees shall be appointed by the President and shall terminate upon completing their assignments; or they may be terminated at any time by a majority vote of the Board.
The Board President and Superintendent shall be ex-officio members of all committees.
