SCHOOL SYSTEM ORGANIZATION PLAN

The instructional program will be divided into five levels: kindergarten, the elementary level (1-5), the middle level (6-7), the junior high level (8-9), and high school level (10-12).  Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent and approval of the Board, exceptions may be made to the plan to accommodate the educational goals of the school system.

The Superintendent shall recommend the kind, grade and location of schools to be established and maintained.
