Richland Registration Information

We are so pleased that you would like to become a part of Richland Elementary!

• Withdrawal form, with grades, and last standardized test scores from previous school.
• Previous school's phone number, fax number, and address.
• Copy of student's birth certificate.
• Alabama Immunization Certificate (Blue Card).  This card may be obtained from the Lee Country Health Department or from a physician.  The Health Department's phone number is 745-5765, and it is located at 1801 Corporate Drive in Opelika.
• Copy of Social Security Card.
• Two (2) Proofs of Residency: 1 primary and 1 secondary
  Primary- copy of a lease, mortgage or rental agreement
  Secondary- one of the following: current copy of a utility bill, valid driver's license, property tax statement, car tag receipt or voters registration card.
• At least two (2) local authorized persons to be notified if parent(s) or guardian(s) cannot be reached.

Documents of students currently enrolled in ACS will be transferred by the system. Parents will not be required to make these arrangements for their children. If you have questions or concerns please contact Central Office at 887-2100.
