OFF SEASON WORKOUT SCHEDULE

Spring Schedule

 

Spring work-outs will begin on Monday, March 3rd.  Work-outs will be in the weight room in the new gym @ the high school immediately after school.  ALL wrestlers not already involved in a spring sport or working out with the football team must attend after school workouts.  Workouts will typically be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday after school until approximately 5p.m.

***  All Auburn Wrestlers need to be conditioning on there own in addition to participating in scheduled team workouts.  Wrestlers should be running, biking, etc. 3 to 4 days per week in order to maintain cardiovascular conditioning.  Additionally, all Auburn Wrestlers should engage in daily callisthenic work on there own.  These exercises should include (but are not limited too) push-ups, sit-ups, mountain climbers, jumping rope, etc.

***  All Auburn Wrestlers should sign up for Advanced Weight Training when registering for classes for the 2008 - 2009 school year.  All Auburn JV Wrestlers at the Jr. High should be enrolled in a weight training class.
