Mission and Goals

The mission of the Positive Behavior Support initiative is to support the mission of  Auburn Junior High School in inspiring, educating, and empowering all students; to facilitate a consistent school-wide discipline management plan; to establish a consistent school-wide framework for student and faculty behavioral expectations.

Behavioral Expectations

The  expected behaviors are summed up in what we call the

"TIGERS   R."

This stands for   RespectfulResponsible,  and   Ready.

We have chosen six areas to highlight however these behavior choices are not limited to these areas. Our hope is that the habit of being respectful, responsible and ready will spill over into many areas of their lives. The specific behavioral expectations are outlined in the matrix below.
