Classroom Procedures

Before School Procedures:

• All Pride students should report to the girls gym each morning, unless they want breakfast.  Students who eat breakfast should remain in cafeteria, until it is time to go to advisory.

• Students should put money in their lunch account before school. No students will be allowed to put lunch money in account during class time.  Students will have to wait at the end of the lunch line during lunch to place money in lunch account.

Classroom Procedures:

• No working or talking during morning announcements.

• Teachers and students should read silently each morning during advisory.

•  Team dress code check each morning. (1^st block only)

• Progress reports and report cards should be signed and returned the next day for a homework grade.

• Teacher dismisses class.  Students should remain in desk until teacher dismisses class.  No one leaves until the room is clean. 

                    Passing Period/Hallway Procedure

• Stay in your building.  All Pride students should remain in 400 building unless      academic schedule requires them to go to another building (elective, geometry, etc.)
• Don’t congregate in hallway
• Walk quietly in the hall when class is in session.

Lunch Procedures

• Teacher dismisses lunch table.
• Table captains will have three minutes to clean table and report to class.

Fire Drill Procedures

• Students should stay with class.
• Students should  line up and remain quiet during fire drill.
