August 11 - Share the Tenacious Tigers' Team Management Plan  with your parents and bring the attached slip back signed tomorrow.         

August 12 - Share Mrs.White's class information sheet with your parent and bring the slip back signed tomorrow.

                       Finish your letter of introduction to me if you did not finish in class.        

August 13 - Read for 20 minutes in the book you borrowed from Mrs. White. Pass your Alabama Shakespeare Festival letter on to your parents.

August 14 - Parent Questionnaire and Hero Assignment due Monday, but you may bring them in tomorrow.

August 15 - Parent questionnaires and hero pictures not turned in already.

August 18 -  Study for Unit Test on Sentences vs. Fragments vs. Run-ons.  Remind parents to come to tonight's Open House at 6 P.M. Parents may return your parent questionnaire tonight    

                            and you will still receive full credit.

August 19 - Read twenty minutes.

August 20 - Finish introductory paragraphs about your partner. Be ready to share these tomorrow. Read as needed to finish your book by Labor Day.

August 21 - Read as needed to finish your book by Labor Day.

August 22 - Read as needed to finish your book by Labor Day.

August 25 - Read as needed to finish your book by Labor Day.

August 26 - Finish first draft of memoir. Bring money for t-shirts by this Friday and Alabama Shakespeare Festival by Friday, Sept. 5. Read as needed.

August 27 - Read as needed. If you didn't finish your first draft before today, finish it tonight. Remember t-shirt money must come in no later than Friday.

August 28 - Read as needed and bring money for t-shirts. Tomorrow is the last day to place an apparel order until February. Remember the ASF deadline is next Friday.

August 29 - Read to finish your first book by Tuesday. If you are on your second or third book, just read for enjoyment. Review pronoun lessons. Unit test is Wednesday.
