Art is an integral part of the curriculum at Auburn Junior High School..  It increases students critical thinking skills and improves classroom performance.  A students self esteem is greatly enhanced by participating in the art program at Auburn Junior High School. 

Come and visit us, in room 520.  It is located in the back of the school in the Fine Arts Building. Come take a walk down the main hallway of our school and look at all the art work by former students.  Talent abounds at Auburn Junior High School.

8th Grade Art  

This week in 8th Grade art:  May 12 - 16, 2008

We will be in the computer lab finishing our animation. Journals will be due on Monday and Tuesday of next week.

This week in Studio in Art: May 12 - 16, 2008

You will work on your scratchboard projects this week.  Sketchbooks will be due Wednesday  May 14 for Blue day classes and Tuesday May 13 for White day classes.  Folders will be due the day of your final.
